If I teach teachers tech in my future position as a teacher I will make darn sure I make a reference for them to use when they learn and make their projects so I can have my peace. If teachers are not empowered to propel themselves through the learning process for technology or anything else regarding professional development.
I would use a lot of pictures in the form of cartoons and comics to explain steps and possibilities regarding pieces of technology. Pictures combined with images seems to be a successful communication tool with professional publications included with PCs and in books teaching programs and computer functions. I would follow in these footsteps and make my materials within this vein of communication.
